Airfare/Mileage: Actual airfare and/or $0.485 per mile to airport or event. Lodging: Quiet non-smoking hotel room. Honorarium: Linda Bartlett is a former President of Lutherans For Life and is not in a paid position. Therefore, we ask that sponsoring groups provide an extra honorarium for Mrs. Bartlett. The sponsoring group determines the amount of the honorarium. Honorariums depend on number of events. Honorariums begin at $200. Meals: $25 per day unless other arrangements are made. Other: A lectern will be needed. A TV and VCR and/or an overhead projector and screen may be needed. (This will vary depending on the presentation.)
