Life Team Training
What is a Life Team?
A Life Team is part of the Renewal For Life initiative. A Life Team is a congregationally based group. The Life Team becomes part of the congregation’s structure much like a mission’s team or evangelism committee. The goal is to make addressing the life issues a part of the ongoing Gospel ministry of the congregation.
How is a Life Team Leader selected?
The Life Team Leader is selected by the pastor in collaboration with members of the congregation.
What type of training is available for Life Team or chapter leaders and members?
Lutherans For Life offers training through a partner organization, Churches For Life. This training may be completed in person (in St. Louis, Missouri) or through DVDs and a workbook. Each Life Team or chapter has a unique focus and mission for incorporating and implementing the life issues in their congregation or area.
