Peter's presentations are intended for high school students, college students, and adults. Preferred settings include junior high or senior high classrooms; youth group events; college public forums; college group events; college classrooms; and youth, teen, and adult Bible study classes.
Possible topics include:
- Abortion: procedures, facts and stats, the Church's response
- Biotechnology: assisted reproductive technologies, embryonic stem cell research, human cloning, in vitro fertilization
- End-of-Life: advance directives, medical treatments (ventilators, feeding tubes, etc.), physician-assisted suicide and euthanasia
- Men, Women, and Relationships: Mentoring For Life, STD facts and stats
- Other topics: miscarriage and stillbirth, perinatal hospice
Bio
Dr. Peter B. Greenspan is a Jewish believer in the LORD Jesus Christ, and a member of Timothy Lutheran Church, in Blue Springs, Missouri. He was trained in Truman Medical Center, Inc., and is certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Peter is the associate chairman and is an associate professor in the same program, having practiced in the private sector for 13 and half years prior to being called to a career in academic medicine. Dr. Greenspan is married to Kim Greenspan, RN, CPC, and has four children. He lives in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
